The 5 Dimensions · How to Read Them

Every product gets 5 scores (0–100%, higher is better) to help you judge a lane and compare it with others. The first two reflect the reliability of this carrier service on this lane (on-time, stability); the other three reflect the route pattern itself (direct, fast, regular).

OTP
On-Time Rate · Did the service deliver on its first promise — we compare the earliest promised arrival date with the AIS-confirmed actual arrival, not the latest revised ETA. High = delivery dates you can plan customs and shelving around. Check this first for deadline-critical cargo.
STB
ETA Stability · Does the schedule keep changing — how often the same sailing's arrival date gets revised. High = dates you can trust and plan ahead on. Key if you plan production / bookings early.
DIR
Directness · How roundabout the routing is — extra port calls along the way. More direct = fewer delay points and lower routing risk. Check it if late arrivals worry you.
SPD
Speed Score (Transit-Time Efficiency) · Higher means faster versus the lane benchmark; lower may indicate slow steaming, extra stops, or detours. For time-critical and seasonal cargo.
REG
Sailing Regularity · How regular the sailings are — a fixed weekly rhythm. Tighter rhythm = a true liner service that's easy to time replenishment around. For steady supply.
Overall Score: the 5 dimensions weighted by your selected Preference — Balanced Choice (balanced) / Avoid Stockout (stability + regularity) / Fastest Arrival (speed) / High-Stakes Cargo (directness + on-time); switching preference re-ranks the products. "Provisional" means too few arrival-verified samples for on-time rate yet, so the score relies more on the other verified dimensions until more arrivals are confirmed.
How to compare: first see who wins on the one or two dimensions you care about most; when overall scores are close, trade off dimension by dimension (tight timelines → Speed, stockout risk → Stability + Regularity, high-value cargo → Directness + On-Time).

ATA
Efficient (faster than usual) · Normal · Delayed (slower than this port's recent benchmark — not necessarily severe congestion) · gray = not rated · handling-time differences between large and small vessels are already accounted for — no one-size-fits-all · for reference only
These indicators are estimates for planning support only — not booking confirmations, space guarantees, or freight quotes.
