Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2615 Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2 6 1 5 was created on Ju ly 1 0 , 2026, and contains 744 harmonized tariff records and 3, 509 Automated Broker Interface ( ABI ) records . HSU 2 6 1 5 contains the PGA HTS flagging updates for the following agencies; NMFS – updated HTS numbers flagged under NOAA Fisheries Trade Monitoring Programs (CSMS 68916845). A dditionally , under the 370 - program , NM2 flag was changed to NM1 in approximately 15 HTS numbers . AMS – removed AM7 flag in approximately 30 HTS numbers and changed AM7 to AM8 flag in approximately 30 HTS numbers under the National Organic Program (CSMS 69068766). AM7 flag removed in approximately 30 HTS for the new non-organic HTS codes. CPSC – added CP1 and CP2 HTS flags for the e - filing program (CSMS 68290359). HSU 2615 also contains the corrections to Taiwan Civil Aircraft HTS 9903.96.03 and 9903.94.68 .
