What to review:

- Confirm with your broker or trade counsel whether the patents cited may be relevant to goods in your supply chain.
- Check the ITC docket for updates on the investigation's scope, respondents, and any remedial orders.
- Review the potential impact of a limited exclusion order or cease and desist order on your sourcing plans.
