What changed: According to the notice, the ITC instituted modification and rescission proceedings based on a joint petition and determined to modify the limited exclusion order (LEO) to remove references to respondents RingConn LLC and Shenzhen Ninenovo Technology Limited. The notice states the cease and desist orders as to RingConn are rescinded, the joint petition for limited service of a confidential exhibit was granted, and the proceedings were terminated.

Who's affected: The notice names certain smart wearable devices, systems, and components thereof, and specifically cites respondents RingConn LLC and Shenzhen Ninenovo Technology Limited. The notice does not specify particular HTS codes or a broader country-of-origin scope.

What to review:
- Review whether your imported smart wearable devices or components fall within the underlying investigation's covered products.
- Confirm with your broker whether goods sourced from or associated with RingConn are affected by this modification.
- Check whether the remaining limited exclusion order still applies to other respondents relevant to your supply chain.
